I was so happy to be Hillary & Chance’s Breckenridge engagement photographer over the summer. They were visiting Colorado, from Louisiana, and wanted to do some engagement photos with our epic mountains in the background. Mountain engagement photos are definitely my favorite, no doubt. We started their session at Sapphire Point, and the wind was a little crazy. Hillary was pretty freezing, but her yellow dress and the stunning scenery was so worth it! I am actually shooting at Sapphire Point again today 🙂 This location is always popular, and always amazing! I will be sharing several more sessions from this Breckenridge/Dillon “hot spot” in the coming months.
Next, we headed to a little trail I stumbled upon by accident. What a happy accident it was! It had some beautiful wildflowers, and mountain views, of course. And even a wooden “teepee” that made for a cute photo op. Finally, we ended around the Frisco Adventure Park. Hillary and Chance were absolutely wonderful to work with. They had great outfits selected, were so sweet, and very natural together in front of the camera. Our shoot got a little lengthy, which I know Chance didn’t love. He was a great sport though! I tried not to make it too painful for him LOL! There are far worse ways to spend your afternoon than snuggling and smooching your beautiful lady though 🙂

I love these beautiful Breckenridge engagement photos at Sapphire Point. I especially love the image of them walking up the green mountain with him behind her – it reminds me of the Sound of Music and just makes my heart so happy!
