Another new month is upon us. I cannot believe it is May already, and my maternity leave is coming to an end this weekend! The best part about owning your own business, however, is the ability to set your own schedule. So, although I am getting back to shooting soon, my schedule this season is going to be quite a bit slower than normal. This will allow me to devote a lot of time to my new little man 🙂 Speaking of new additions to the family, next up on the blog is the Laughlin family. This was my first session with them since they welcomed their own little cutie, Owen. Owen was just about a year old during their Evergreen Colorado family photos and was as sweet as can be!
If you follow my work, you will probably recognize this family. I have had the pleasure of capturing so many important milestones for them. Michele and Justin were first in front of my lens as an engaged couple. We had so much fun during their baseball themed Denver engagement photos. Then, I photographed their beautiful Highland Meadows Golf Course wedding in 2014. Next, I captured some Boulder maternity photos for them at Coot Lake, as they anticipated the arrival of baby Owen. And finally these Evergreen Colorado family photos for them in 2016. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future. I love building relationships with my wedding couples. This allows me to follow their journeys in life…and hopefully capture lots of photos along the way!
