Carli + Josh | Lone Hawk Farm Wedding | Longmont Wedding Photographer

Last year I was fortunate enough to take part in a super fun Lone Hawk Farm wedding shoot.  Just take a look at all of the amazing vendors that participated (at the bottom of this post)!  The main purpose of this wedding shoot was to show off the recent completion of the Ember Hairstream‘s amazing mobile salon.  What a cool addition to any wedding day!  The airstream is a fun, trendy place for your wedding party to get ready on your big day.  Some venues do not have getting ready rooms.  Also, more and more couples are eloping.  Or they are finding “out of the box”, nontraditional locations to get hitched, than your standard wedding venues.  This is a great option in place of renting a hotel room or cabin to get ready in too.  The bride and bridesmaids get pampered and beautified while wearing comfy robes.  They can even have a little tea party while doing so.  The beauty team even offers shaves for the groom and his guys…complete with whiskey to calm those nerves 🙂

I love Lone Hawk Farm!  I have shot here TONS of times over the years.  But if you can believe it, this was my first Lone Hawk Farm wedding shoot.  I have taken numerous family, maternity, engagement and senior photos here, and know the area extremely well.  So, it was so fun to finally have some beautiful brides and handsome grooms in front of my camera on this great property.  First of those brides and grooms is Carli and Josh.  They are a sweet married couple that modeled for us this day.  They have been married for several years, and so they obviously were very comfortable together.  I just love the photos from my time with these two…and can we talk about Carli’s amazing hair?!  I am so jealous!  The Ember Hairstream team made her look like a million bucks.  Josh got a professional shave before their photos too.  They looked amazing amongst the beautiful scenery of the farm.
