Lindsay + Anthony | Colorado Anniversary Photos | Boulder Engagement Photo Inspiration

Happy Monday, I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend!  My husband and I spent time with my in-laws at their cabin outside of Winter Park.  It was a beautiful winter wonderland in early spring 🙂  Just a few weeks until my Colorado wedding season begins…it’s gonna be a fun one!  I am still trying hard to get caught up on my blogging before things get crazy busy again.  The first post of this week is the sweet Colorado anniversary photos of Lindsay and Anthony.  We debated rescheduling this session because the weather was questionable on this afternoon.  And although the skies were a little dark, and there was a chill in the air, the rain held out until the very end.  Good thing I purchased a cute clear umbrella to keep in my car, this was it’s first appearance (of many, I am sure).  I had such a wonderful time with these two.  I know I have said it before, but I definitely love photographing anniversary photos.  These married couples are so comfortable with one another, and are typically very comfortable being photographed together.  After spending some time at Betasso Preserve in Boulder, I was going to have them follow me down the Boulder Canyon for a colorful spot I saw along the highway.  Problem was, I took the wrong turn and got us lost!  I drove and drove thinking this random road would eventually lead back out to the highway, but it didn’t.  I think it was meant to be, however, because we found a gorgeous, small aspen grove!  It was fall in Colorado, so I am so glad we got to take advantage of some great color too.  And I am glad they weren’t mad at me for getting us lost, the pretty trees made it worth it.  I loved meeting this couple, and I think the photos are great anniversary and Boulder engagement photo inspiration.  If you would like to set up your own session, contact me now 🙂
