Taylor | Senior Photos Denver | Colorado Senior Photography

Happy February friends!  How in the world is it already February?!  I cannot believe I am going to have a baby NEXT MONTH…eeek!!  Today on the blog I am sharing one of my favorite high school senior sessions, probably ever.  Taylor and her parents drove all the way from Scott City, Kansas for her senior photos Denver.  We had so much fun together and definitely did not have a shortage of photos 🙂

We started her urban Denver senior photos near the Denver Performing Arts Complex.  I love all of the colorful walls and graffiti around the area, and those played off Taylor’s neutral clothing so beautifully.  Next, we drove over to Matthews Winters Park for some nature scenery.  Here we incorporated some of Taylor’s basketball and volleyball gear.  She is active in these sports in Scott City, and it’s always great to incorporate personal things into your senior session.  They even brought along a volleyball net.  That was pretty neat, and definitely helped create some unique photos!

Finally, we headed over to the always beautiful Lookout Mountain area in Golden.  Taylor’s Kansas friends probably didn’t have amazing mountain views like this for their senior photos!  Here we got some stunning golden-hour light, and Taylor even sported her sparkly, elegant prom dress.  As a result, these were some of my favorites from her session.  We got so much variety throughout our afternoon together….urban, city photos, then sports-themed photos, and even high-fashion, mountain photos to wrap up an incredible photo shoot.
