Wow, it’s September already…let that sink in for a minute!! My first share for the new month is Lisa & David’s Colorado snowy engagement photos. These two and their kids were visiting from Oklahoma, and wanted some photos in the beautiful Colorado mountains. We got quite a chilly afternoon, complete with some fog and quite a bit of snow. All in all, though, it was completely amazing, and I loved every minute of it. Lisa looked amazing, especially her vibrant blue dress against the delicate white snow. Her hair and make-up were flawless, done by the always wonderful Stephanie Dawn 🙂
We started these Colorado snowy engagement photos at Moraine Park in Rocky Mountain National Park. This family was staying in Estes Park, so this seemed like the perfect location. Then, we went to both Sprague Lake and Bear Lake. These are locations I visit often, but what I love is that the photos are always so different! The snow was really falling at Sprague Lake, and it was seriously stunning. I loved every minute of this session, and it won’t soon be forgotten. Not nearly enough people want to shoot during the winter months. We need to change that!
I just love how snowy this one is…swoon!! It’s definitely one of my favorites from their Estes Park engagement session.
Wowza…how stunning is Lisa’s ring?! Lucky girl 🙂
