Taylor + Kevin | Flying Horse Ranch Colorado | Larkspur Wedding Photos

Here is another share from the Embrace workshop that my photographer friends, Lindsay and Tina hosted early this year. It was a lot of fun learning, shooting, bonding with other photographers, and having a few amazing nights to relax before welcoming my baby boy into the world! The Flying Horse Ranch Colorado did not disappoint in the least. This venue is absolutely stunning! I have since booked a 2018 wedding here, and I could not be more excited for that 🙂

Taylor and Kevin are a lovely couple that came to the workshop to give us photographers some winter wedding portfolio images. As well as give all of you blog readers some great Colorado elopement inspiration. Although we would have loved to spend the entire afternoon photographing this adorable couple in the great outdoors, mother nature had other plans. It was freezing out there! We did go out for a couple minutes, but poor Taylor was way too cold in her sandals and backless dress. The faux fur shrug finished off her bridal ensemble beautifully. But since it wasn’t a parka, it just wasn’t enough to keep her warm for long.

This is definitely a favorite of mine…the sweetest “almost kiss”!

Don’t let that sunshine fool you, it was windy and frigid out there!

Stay tuned for one more post from the Embrace workshop. The styled shoot on day one had a beautiful tablescape, a floral arch backdrop, and a lovely married couple. Day one was not as cold, so we did get them outside for a decent amount of time. It was gently snowing, and a true winter wonderland! Speaking of winter (or feeling like winter), stay warm out there, friends 🙂
