Another weekend gone, as quick as can be! I hope you did something fun. Next up on the blog, Kelly and Sam’s spring engagement photos in Colorado. We decided on Mount Falcon West in Indian Hills. It was a windy afternoon, but otherwise beautiful. It worked out well! Initially when these two booked me, we had had a video chat, but this was my first time meeting them in person. They are such a sweet, lovely couple. It made me even more excited for their upcoming Cherokee Ranch and Castle wedding in June.
We got a ton of variety for Kelly and Sam’s mountain engagement session. We got photos with the mountain backdrops, photos amongst all of the pine trees, sitting in the long grasses and on a large downed tree, and on large rock formations. Kelly brought along two outfits for their session, Sam stuck to just one. Kelly started in a blue floral dress, and comfy, white canvas sneakers. Sam wore dark wash jeans and a light blue, long sleeve, button down shirt. After a quick outfit change for Kelly, we began with her second outfit, olive green pants and an off-white, dressy sleeveless top. She kept things very simple and didn’t wear any jewelry aside from some rings. But her amazingly, gorgeous hair was accessory enough LOL! Always so envious with ladies with such stunning locks!
This is one of my favorites from Kelly and Sam’s spring engagement photos in Colorado. I love that little “pre-kiss” laugh, and this beautiful backdrop!
Thanks again Kelly and Sam, you guys were wonderful to work with for both these engagement photos, and on your epic wedding day. Check back very soon for images from their castle wedding! On the blog tomorrow, Connor’s Skyline High School senior photos at the Callahan House, Golden Ponds, and the high school’s baseball field. So much great variety 🙂 Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead!
