Molly had a very specific vision for her boho Colorado senior pictures. I was thrilled to bring her vision to life! She decided she wanted her session along the Left Hand Creek in Longmont. This was not a spot I had shot at before. I am always up for new spots…it keeps things exciting and it keeps me creative! Molly had four outfits and some props for her session too. We were able to squeeze everything in. While I thought this was the first time I was meeting Molly, it turns out that she actually worked at the Starbucks 5 minutes from my house. I visited this location at least twice a week. So certainly we had interacted previously. Small world! After her session, I was sure to say hello when I saw her at Starbucks now though.
Molly started out her session in a white dress, with a pretty lace detail. She added a silk floral crown to some of the images in this outfit, as well as holding a silk floral bouquet here and there throughout the session. She brought along a wicker chair that she absolutely loved! This was fun to play around with and incorporate into the photos. She was a trooper carrying this all along the walking trail. I had recently had back surgery, I felt bad I couldn’t assist her carrying the chair. She actually ended up putting this dress back on for some additional shots at the end of the session.
The next dress Molly wore was my personal favorite of her senior photo session outfits. It was a long beige dress, with a cool, floral detail on the front. Next she changed into a white, flutter sleeve top and flare leg jeans. The final outfit was just a top change. She wore a nice, long sleeve, flowy beige top. All outfits were quite neutral, which was great. They went well with all of the colorful scenery around. Molly’s accessories and props are what really completed the looks and gave off the boho vibes she was looking for.

This is definitely one of my favorites from Molly’s boho Colorado senior pictures. I never make anyone get in the water, if they don’t want to. But I did mention it, and Molly didn’t hesitate! I love the lighting at this location so much 🙂

Thank you Molly! I hope I helped bring your senior photography vision to life. Wishing you the best with whatever your future has in store. You are such a wonderful young lady, and it was a true pleasure working together. On the blog tomorrow, the Sprague family’s couple’s session with their dog at Sandstone Ranch. Have a wonderful day!
