The DelVecchio Family | Chautauqua Family Portraits | Boulder Portrait Photographer

Today I am sharing photos of one of my favorite families…my brother-in-law, sister-in-law, niece and nephew! I have had the pleasure of photographing Philip and Michelle’s 2014 wedding. As well as multiple family sessions over the years. I appreciate their continued support of my small business! This year they wanted to head over to Boulder. We had a sunny, warm day for their Chautauqua family portraits. They really wanted to incorporate their beloved pups into this year’s photo session. Largely because Bello is getting up there in age, and they don’t know how much longer he will be with us. A senior dog, and an active youthful pup, plus two young kids. It was a bit of a challenge to get everyone looking at the camera at the same time. Good thing they have a sister-in-law that is well versed in photoshop LOL!

I really like the variety of images we were able to capture together during our Boulder session. We got a good mix of sweet family moments, moving candid shots, and plenty of happy smiles at camera. These four always look cute! Michelle and Grace looked great in their patterned dresses. Michelle added a cute denim jacket over top for some of the photos. Philip III wore tan pants and at first a white button down, but then he changed into something a little more colorful. A blue t-shirt. Philip IV wore navy blue shorts and a light striped shirt. Their outfits coordinated, but definitely weren’t “matchy”. Good job…that always works best. I also love that they gave little Miss Violet pup a violet colored bow. So fitting, so adorable!

I think this is one of my favorites from the DelVecchio family’s Chautauqua family portraits. They sure are a cute bunch! Michelle and Philip are celebrating 10 years of marriage in October. And it’s been so fun watching these kiddos grow up 🙂 Time sure flies!
