Audra + Cory | Breckenridge Engagement Photos | Colorado Couples Photography

At the beginning of the year I roomed with twelve other lady photographers at a house in the snowy, Colorado mountains.  We worked, we planned and dreamed about the progress our businesses would make in the new year, we played games, we cooked, ate too much, and drank some yummy adult beverages.  We also got out in the snow and played with our cameras.  Some of the girls actually really enjoyed being in front of the camera as well, so they modeled for each other.  Not me, though!  Some of the girls shot thousands of photos over the weekend….including a boudoir shoot, a sexy milk bath session, nighttime bridal sessions in the snow, and some ladies even borrowed a vintage wedding dress from the thrift store.  I shot SOME, but I was really trying to get editing and work done on my blog during our trip.  So, I waited to pull out my camera until we had a few “outside” subjects to photograph.  Audra and Cory are a super sweet married couple that were nice enough to spend sometime in front of each of our cameras 🙂  It was a chilly, snowy day, but they didn’t even complain once.  We started over at this little train museum in Breckenridge, spent a little bit of time downtown, and then finished at a gorgeous mountain park.  I really hope these inspire someone’s own wintery Breckenridge engagement photos.  I really loved Audra’s attire…especially the colorful blanket scarf, and the fur-lined olive green coat.  Then her beanie and sorel winter boots, and his red flannel looked so great against the rustic, wooden building downtown.  Later this year, these two will welcome their first child into the world.  Congrats you two!

How beautiful is Audra?!  Especially those stunning blue eyes 🙂
