Kerra + Matt | Highland Meadows Golf Course Wedding | Windsor Wedding Photography

I am so excited to finally get a chance to blog this amazing Highland Meadows Golf Course wedding!  Kerra & Matt are the sweetest couple, and their wedding was jaw-droppingly gorgeous.  They are a Wyoming couple that incorporated their rustic elegant vibe throughout their Colorado wedding day.  With the planning help, and decorating execution of Ashlyn Courtwright of Echos of Yesterday, Kerra and Matt’s wedding was one of the most detailed and unique weddings I have ever photographed.  Matched only by Kerra’s sister and brother-in-law Danielle and CJ’s 2013 wedding!  I guess incredibly detailed, rustic weddings, kindness, AND beauty run in the family!  Some of the unique details that I absolutely loved include: the pinata guestbook, the custom “splash zone” art piece that guests created, the rustic wood doors that “opened” into the ceremony space, and the ladder and ribbon ceremony backdrop.  I could go on, and on!  There were so many beautiful, fun things to look at and enjoy.  They had an emotional ceremony and a super fun dance party to boot!  It was a truly wonderful day 🙂  The rain made a quick visit after the ceremony, but no one let it spoil their fun.  I had another Highland Meadows Golf Course wedding the very next day, and they sun was intense and hot all day.  The weather was so different just one day apart…in true Colorado fashion, I guess LOL!

The guys did a little golfing before getting ready for the wedding.  Guys sure have it easy on the wedding day 😉

And it was finally first look time!  I am so happy they did a first look.  It allowed for so much portrait time 🙂

The reception details were just as jaw-dropping as the ceremony details!  Can I have another wedding please (with the same groom) LOL?!

The signs cracked me up!!  And what a cool wedding guestbook…it’s a pinata that guests slipped messages into.  They will break it open on their first anniversary 🙂

Everyone had an amazing time, the dance floor was packed!
