Becky and Brady are getting married at the YMCA of the Rockies-Snow Mountain Ranch in September. I have never shot there before, which is crazy because my in-laws have a cabin literally five minutes from their venue! Needless to say, I am excited 🙂 They decided to do their engagement photos in the area as well. We settled on the area around Monarch Lake for their Granby engagement photos…it was a beautiful location! We had the whole trail to ourselves, maybe because it was a chilly, windy afternoon. We didn’t let a little wind ruin our fun time though! It could have been windy AND blizzarding, so we were just happy to have some beautiful sunshine.
This one took several takes! It is hard to look at the camera, with a pleasant expression, right after blowing snow…I think it was worth it though 🙂
They were very comfortable by the end of the shoot and were having a lot of fun LOL!
This is one of my favorite silhouette photos! I just love how the clouds look. It was a great way to end their Granby engagement photos!
