Erin and Justin +1 on the way | Longmont Maternity Photography | Lone Hawk Farm

Erin and Justin are high school sweethearts!  They were married about a decade ago (maybe over a decade, I am not sure!), and they just welcomed their first baby 🙂  I am so happy for them!  Earlier this year we went to Lone Hawk Farm for their Longmont maternity photography session.  It was a really fun session, especially the presence of all the crazy farm animals and the beauty of the snow 🙂  I have known Erin and Justin for over 15 years, but we didn’t keep in touch much after high school, until I reached out to Erin for advice regarding my thyroid cancer diagnosis.  Erin has been through it, and it was so awesome to have a friend to lean on, and one that could relate to what I was going through.  I have now had the opportunity to photograph her 4 times (and doing their newborn’s photos later this week).  They have been so supportive of my business, and I so appreciate their friendships.

There are a lot of different animals at Lone Hawk Farm…this chicken photobombed Erin!

And then the peacocks came around!  This one was not happy to see us.  We were guessing it was probably a mama with her babies nearby.  She was squawking at us (or whatever sound peacocks make LOL!)…it sounded like a trumpet.
I think this one is my favorite 🙂

We found this sign leaning against the barn at Lone Hawk Farm…it seemed very fitting for this Longmont maternity photography session 🙂
