I had such a blast with Kelly and Zach during their Golden engagement photography session! We went to the beautiful Golden Gate Canyon Park. It was my first time shooting there, and it was just awesome! This park is GIGANTIC…we didn’t even scratch the surface here. Spring weather is always unpredictable in Colorado. We lucked out though, besides some major wind at the beginning, it was a beautiful sunny day! Parts of this park still had a lot of snow. I love how it seems that we shot in all 4 seasons! Between that, and the multiple outfit choices that Kelly and Zach made, they got a ton of variety (and I had a heck of a time narrowing it down) 🙂
Kelly and Zach are super sweet together, and they are naturals at the romantic portraits. Speaking of romantic…Zach proposed on a hot air balloon! How amazing is that?! I am extremely afraid of heights, so I don’t think my husband would have ever attempted that! But for non-wusses LOL, it was a wonderful idea, and one of the most creative I have heard of! I am excited for their wedding this fall in Boulder. I have shot at the Wedgewood Event Center before, but I am looking forward to seeing it in the fall with beautiful colorful trees all over!
These are all very Spring to me…
This is with a “tilt-shift” lens…cool effect, isn’t it?!
And these seem like Summer…
Then these look like Fall to me…
And lastly, Winter-esque photos…
Have a wonderful week!

Melissa

These photos are just beautiful! Can’t wait for the big day!!
Good pics. I really liked some of the ones where obvious laughter was captured. I had three favorites that I especially liked. Whew, lots of clothes changing. Nice job posers and photographer.
All of the pictures were great. I loved all the different poses. Beautiful setting and a very photogenic couple.
You guys look so happy-I can’t wait for the big day!!
Beautiful photos! So many seasons, all in one day! I’m so happy for you two!
Loved all these pics. They really reflected you and your love of the outdoors. You both look so incredibly happy – must be love!
