Angel was a wonderful Skyline High School senior that I had the pleasure of photographing in 2013. She is on the blog today for this TBT “From the Archives” post. Angel wanted urban senior photos, not too far from Longmont. Prospect New Town fit the bill perfectly! This location is hip and edgy, just like Angel. I love all the funky colors, and cool architecture. As well as the beautiful tree lined streets, brick walls, and unique staircases. We even found a nice little park area, complete with giant hammocks! Prospect also has my favorite Longmont area restaurant, Comida. Yummy…my stomach is growling!
Anyway, back to Longmont senior pictures 😉 I am so happy with the growth of the wedding side of my business, but a goal for next year is to also grow the senior side of my business. I am so excited to be heading to Scottsdale in October, for not one, but two photography conferences! The first is United, a conference for individuals that use Showit for their websites. The other is called Conference 12 and is all about the seniors. I am definitely looking forward to both. I know I will be very intimated at the senior one though, because it’s my first non-wedding workshop/conference. Look out for some exciting things in the future!
