First and foremost, because it is Memorial Day, I want to thank all the brave men and women that have served and continue to serve in the military of this amazing country. And most importantly, to all those that have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom…we are forever grateful!
I had a very fun time last month at the “Say I Do in Fashion” Cherokee Ranch and Castle wedding photography workshop. The castle is such a unique and historical venue. There are so many cool spots within the castle, and on the surrounding property. There are also stunning mountain views! This is the perfect location for someone wanting a vintage wedding in a historical home, or mansion venue, but also wanting a Colorado mountain wedding venue 🙂 The Cherokee Ranch & Castle had a bridal show event going on later that day, so they had a really cool paper flower wall set up, as well as the huge, lighted “LOVE” sign…you will have to scroll all the way through to see these!
This shoot was organized by Mark Alison Photography and Rebecca Marie Photography. It was really great to meet them both, as well as the small group of other photographers. Our models were Jade and Chad, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! Jade looked stunning in the $8,000 Watters bridal gown!! You read that right…$8,000!! She also sported a beautiful cathedral veil for most of the photos, and then a pretty fresh floral piece for the outdoor photos.
A little outtake LOL! We were all mesmerized by the view 🙂
Speaking of outtakes haha 🙂
Thanks to the wonderful people that made this workshop a great experience!
