Amanda and Wade’s Estes Park wedding photos are on the blog this Mother’s Day weekend. It’s kind of fitting because they are about to become parents themselves very soon. In fact, three of my recent couples are currently expecting…it’s always exciting to share in the joy of the other milestones in their lives 🙂 Amanda and Wade were married on an unseasonably hot fall day in Estes Park. While the guests didn’t need to snuggle under the cute little blankets the couple provided, everyone had an amazing time enjoying the sunshine and the love of this great couple. The celebration was held at Taharaa Mountain Lodge. This was a new venue for me, but a really great one that I hope to return to very soon. One thing that’s almost certain as an Estes Park wedding photographer is great views. Taharaa definitely didn’t disappoint!
If you know me, or saw my own wedding photos, you know that I love being creative and I love thoughtful details. Amanda and Wade’s wedding was chalk full of these things! In fact, I designed a mini-album for them with nothing but their beautiful wedding details. They had everything from hilarious signs at the reception, custom bottled water, Christmas ornament favors hung on decorated Christmas trees, to hand built wooden doors for Amanda’s dramatic ceremony entrance. Everything was meticulously planned, and it all came together beautifully. The wedding isn’t all about the details of course, it’s about the love 🙂 Amanda and Wade did not have a shortage of that either! They have such an amazing bond and it was a joy to have them in front of my camera. Wishing you two (or should I say three) a lifetime of love and happiness!
