Last year I had the pleasure of photographing Ellen and Garrett’s Windsong Estate wedding. It was so great meeting and photographing alongside Angela Kleinsasser for these Fort Collins wedding photos. We started out their wedding day at their Fort Collins church, where the couple was getting ready. Then, they shared one of the sweetest first looks I have ever captured. These two are just so sweet together, it was a true joy documenting their love story!
After some bridesmaids and groomsmen photos, and a few bride and groom portraits, we were ready to head over to the venue. This was my first Windsong Estate wedding. I had heard about this venue for years, so I was really excited to see it in person! There are a lot of great things about this venue. My favorite parts are the great modern design, the expansive ceilings, and all the windows that allowed the beautiful sunlight to stream in during their reception. Ellen and Garrett had many great, personalized touches during their Ft. Collins wedding. I especially loved the donut tower (it looked delicious!), and the date night jars on each table.
Their wedding day was a warm and sunny one. Then, they were blessed with a crazy colorful sunset to complete their beautifully, epic wedding day! This was the perfect example of a colorful Colorado wedding 🙂
Haha…how cute are Ellen and her dad taking a selfie right before go time?! 😉
Ending with a fun little outtake that really shows what a fun day it was!
