Meet Allyson and Chris! Another of my wonderful 2018 wedding couples. I cannot wait to photograph their beautiful Chatfield Botanic Gardens wedding this summer 🙂 They decided they wanted some sunset and nighttime photos for their Denver engagement pictures. So we met up at Wash Park, just before sunset. We captured some photos with their dog, and with the beautifully, colorful flowers. But, unfortunately, there was basically no color at sunset…oh well, what can you do?! They didn’t mind. So then we headed over to Larimer Square. As well as the little alleyway by the Bistro Vendome restaurant. I like to capture night photos over here often. With the cool brick, lots of little white lights, staircases, etc., it’s a fun urban setting, without tons of people in the background. It’s also very close to the intersection where I like to do my Larimer Square “street photo”. This has become very popular with my clients, and one of my most frequently requested Denver engagement pictures.
With it being Valentine’s week, I definitely have love on the brain 😉 I am fortunate enough to work with a lot of people in love in this profession. Yet another reason I like this “job” so much! While every couple I capture engagement photos for is in love, Allyson and Chris take it to another level. They are head-over-heels, crazy in love with each other. They say the sweetest things to one another and have the most pleasant, ease and comfort while interacting together. Allyson and Chris were lovely to photograph, and I am so excited to work with them again on their wedding day. I know it will be a beautiful celebration, with so many joyful and authentic moments!
What a stunning ring Allyson is sporting there…don’t you think?! Good job Chris!
