Hooray…Spring has sprung! Although, I see snow is still a possibility early next week. Today I have my car A/C on 😉 Crazy Colorado weather lol! Today on the blog, another great session with my class of 2019 senior rep team member, Cristina. I loved being her Longmont Colorado senior photographer multiple times in the past year. For her summer session, we met at McIntosh Lake. It was a sunny, hot day, so naturally she had to get in the water for a bit! Although I knew we probably couldn’t top her spring session, because I loved that one SO much. This one ended up being super great too 🙂
After spending sometime at busy McIntosh Lake, we headed into Lyons to go to the beautiful Hall Ranch Open Space. I have photographed here several times now. The lighting can be tough because of the angle of the mountains/red rock formations. But when you get it right, it’s absolutely stunning. This was one of those “right” days! Even though it was a hot day, we got some nice filtered light, thanks to the clouds 🙂 This allowed us to basically shoot in any direction and take in ALL of the views. I absolutely loved how the photos turned out. Finally, we stopped by a nearby creek for a few more photos in the water on our way out of town. We had spent a few hours together, got tons of good stuff, the light was going…we called it a day! But what a great Longmont and Lyons senior session!
This is definitely one of my favorites from her Longmont High senior portraits!
Thanks Cristina, for allowing me to be your Longmont Colorado senior photographer. Also, for being a funny and spunky addition to my class of 2019 rep team 🙂 I hope you enjoy the rest of your senior year…so close now!! I am sure the future has great things in store for you.

In fact, I plan to get some new headshots of myself once all of these flowers are in bloom again! Thanks for stopping by! Now get out there and enjoy this lovely Colorado weather.
