Today on the blog I am sharing the Wilson’s Mead Colorado family photos. They took advantage of my fall mini session offerings this year. Christina in the adult hip hop dance class with me, at Dance Dimensions. We’ve been in class together for a few years now. I also had the pleasure of capturing Louisa’s Skyline High School senior session a few years back. Christina mentioned it had been a lot of years since they had all four gotten in front of the camera together. I am so glad they made it happen! It can get so hard as your children get older…so busy with sports/activities and school. Then they leave the nest to start their own journey into adulthood. It’s important to carve out time to capture memories during these teen and adult years too.

These outdoor minis were held at Highland Lake in Mead. This location had a lot to offer for these sessions. Colorful fall foliage, a beautiful mountain lake, wooden fences and a dock. And even an amazing downed tree that made for a unique wooden sculpture. The Wilsons are sure a photogenic bunch. I like that they all wore different colors, and kept true to their own unique styles. Purple, navy, maroon, and olive all worked beautifully together! And really stood out from all of the golds and yellows of the background.

This is definitely one of my favorites from the Wilson’s Mead Colorado family photos. Love all that beautiful fall foliage, and this beautiful humans!

Thanks again Wilson family! It was so wonderful to capture these fall images for you. I hope you love them, and will cherish them for years to come. It will be absolutely incredible if I am able to capture Cecilia’s Longmont senior pictures as well in a few years. I am sure it will be here before we all know it. Sheesh…does it seem to fly by! Speaking of sibling senior photos. Next on the blog I will be sharing Nicholas’ senior photos from Coot Lake. He is the youngest of three children, and I was able to capture senior photos for each of them 🙂 The trifecta of Aasmundstad kids!
