Davin – Class of 2024 | Westminster Senior Photography | McKay Lake Colorado

Recently I captured this Westminster senior photography session for Davin at McKay Lake. They slipped these in right before graduation, so we were also able to capture some cap and gown images. This was only the second time I have gone to McKay Lake for a photo session. The other time was for Davin’s sister’s senior session also. Feel free to check those out HERE! Davin, like his sister, was receiving his high school diploma through a program at Front Ranch Community College called Gateway to College.

Davin was a total natural in front of the camera. He was one of those “once in a blue moon” senior guys that actually enjoys getting his photo taken! He wants to pursue modeling and/or acting, so I guess that makes sense. Davin kept it simple with just two outfits. Jeans, sneakers, a white tee, and a striped button down shirt. Towards the end of the session, he slipped his royal blue gown over his outfit for some graduation portraits as well.

This is definitely one of my favorites from this Westminster senior photography session with Davin. Like I said, he is a natural in front of the camera! I just love that serious, pensive look.

How can tomorrow already be the first day of June? Sheesh, time really does fly! I hope June is a great month for you all. Looking forward to performing with my adult hip hop class at the Dance Dimensions’ annual recital. As well as a road trip with my son and my parents to Lake Irene in Minnesota, to my sister’s lake home. I am sure there will be plenty of new sessions as well. I will be sure to share lots of great images soon!
