Today I am sharing Kyle’s Mead High senior pictures from Golden Ponds Nature Area. A lot of senior guys do not love having their photos taken. Kyle was great though! He was very photogenic, agreeable, and such a kind young man. Can we talk about that hair! He was definitely rocking this shaggy hairstyle that is so trendy with high school guys these days. So many times I had to remind him to fluff those bangs up because it was blocking his eyes over and over again.
Kyle had four outfits during his Longmont senior session. He started in jeans and a black, striped button down shirt. We did photos near the waterfall in this selection. His second “outfit” was simply adding his Mead High School letterman jacket over top of the previous outfit. The burnt orange color really complimented the yellows and greens of the trees so well. It was giving fall vibes, that weren’t even intentional. We mostly stuck with the wooden bridge in this second outfit. Kyle’s third outfit was a beige short sleeve shirt and black shorts. He spent the most time in this outfit. In this outfit we did photos by the “tree trunk chair”, by some dark red fall foliage, and finally by the picturesque middle pond. Fall colors and mountain views…what more can we ask for!
Kyle’s final outfit was a casual black American Eagle t-shirt and tan shorts. It’s funny how so many brands (like AE) have come back into popular for this generation as well. American Eagle was popular when I was in high school. Some of my classmates probably even wore it for their senior photos! He didn’t spend a lot of time in this outfit. He just wanted a few quick shots. So we stuck with the areas near the parking lot, sitting on some big rocks and leaning on the wooden fence. We covered a lot of ground during Kyle’s session and got a ton of great variety.

This is one of my favorites from Kyle’s class of 2025 Mead High senior pictures. I really like the pretty fall scenery, and Kyle’s little smirk.

Thanks Kyle! I realize this was not the time of your life, but I appreciate your easy-going nature and your cooperation. I hope these first few months of your senior year at Mead High School is going wonderfully so far. It flies by, so enjoy every moment 🙂 Next on the blog, back to Golden Ponds. This time for one of the awesome families that took advantage of my annual fall mini sessions. The Harnisch family is adorable and one of my favorite long time clients, check back very soon. With Thanksgiving tomorrow I would like to say how thankful I am for all of my wonderful clients and those of you that support my work/business by following my blog or social media accounts. Wishing you and your loved ones a harvest of blessings, good health, laughter, and plenty of pie!
