I have been so excited to blog this wedding. Stunning, sweet couple + picturesque ranch setting + loads of personalized, unique details = an amazingly gorgeous, rustic-chic wedding! This was my first opportunity as a Laramie wedding photographer, but it won’t be my last 🙂 I am heading back to the Vee Bar Ranch in June for CJ’s sister’s wedding and I couldn’t be more excited! Vee Bar Ranch is such a dream spot, full of mountain views, rustic cabins and barns, a pond and river, old wagon wheels and lush trees…it’s simply perfect.
Danielle & CJ are one of the sweetest couples I have ever had the privilege of photographing. They are absolute naturals in front of the camera, so adorable, and in love. The weather was also perfect and sunny, and the day went off without a hitch!
Danielle did a first look with her dad! This was a first for me, and I loved it. They are very close, and it was a really sweet moment.
Danielle & CJ had a really “cool” water station set up for guests. They had every flavor of fruit infused water you can think of. I sampled the pineapple, and it was delicious! It was a warm day, and it was a welcome treat for guests.
Oh my…could these two be more adorable?! Nope, I don’t think so!
Colton was so proud of his toy, and came back down the aisle to show everyone. It’s one of those funny, special moments that makes each wedding unique and memorable!
Little Miss Bailey really liked the ceremony music, and was dancing and spinning. Everyone was cracking up…even the bride! It was so adorable 🙂

Danielle & CJ had a DIY pie bar in place of a wedding cake. Friends and family members made the pies, and they looked amazing and delicious! Even the bride found the time to make a pie 🙂
Danielle’s little sister broke out in a choreographed dance during her maid-of-honor speech. It was a fun surprise, and she and her dance friends rocked it out!
Danielle & CJ weren’t ready to end the party, but wanted to send us home (since we had a long drive). So instead of doing a sparkler “exit” they decided to do a sparkler dance. Guests circled the dance floor with the long sparklers. It was a fun alternative to the exit, and I love how the photos turned out!
Thank you Danielle & CJ! You, and your wonderful families, threw an amazing wedding and I am so honored to have been a part of it. If this is any indication of how you all do weddings in Wyoming, I hope to have many more in my future! All of your hard work in planning really paid off, as it was one of the most detailed, personalized, and well-orchestrated weddings I have photographed. I enjoyed every minute of the day. Your love, friendship, and joy was infectious the entire day! I look forward to working with your families again in the future 🙂

Tears of joy flowed down my face once again as I looked at this beautiful arrangement of photos from that day in August that filled me with pride, overwhelmed me with emotion and left me exhausted for days afterward with a permanent smile on my face.
