Three days in a row of new blog posts? Woo hoo! Really trying to make progress before busy season starts. I have had the pleasure of capturing many Breckenridge family portraits over the years. All of these families have been great to work with, but few were as much fun as the Hector family. These guys had me laughing the entire time! Especially when they all found tree branches to make faux “deer antlers”. It’s great when a family lets loose and has fun together in front of the camera. We got some nice, posed, “everyone smile at the camera” shots too…it was nice to get some variety!
The Hector family and I met up at Sapphire Point, overlooking Lake Dillon for their fall family session. This really became my go to location for portrait session in Summit County in 2017. Although I visited a lot, each session was unique, so they all felt quite different. I believe I photographed all seasons at Sapphire Point Overlook, and never had a bad day there. It’s a go to location because it’s always beautiful 🙂
He is going to be a heart-breaker for sure 😉 How stinking cute!!
They were doing some construction nearby and since it was a weekend, and no workers were there, this construction truck became a unique photo op!
