Brianna-Class of 2019 | Silver Creek Senior Pictures | Longmont Portrait Photographer

Meet Brianna! Another class of 2019 senior that I had the pleasure of having in front of my camera this summer. Brianna happens to know my senior rep team member, Sasha. She also dances at Dance Dimensions, just like I did for most of my life! So, we had to be sure to get a few dance shots at the end of her Silver Creek senior pictures too. Brianna was a total natural in front of the camera. Because of her dance background, I was able to play around with posing a bit more than normal too. She didn’t think I was crazy when trying some new things, and it was sure a lot of fun 🙂

I have shot at Roosevelt Park numerous times now. But never do I recall it being quite this colorful! The roses were stunning, and we really got every color of the rainbow during this session. Brianna had some fun with her outfit selections for her Silver Creek senior pictures. She looked great in the light blue top and dark jeans. Then, she changed into a long ivory dress. That dress, amongst all of the flowers, looked like something out of The Secret Garden. Lastly, she changed into a fun, flirty, vibrant red dress. We did a few at the park in this outfit, then headed a block away to this random ivy wall that I spotted. We then ended with a couple urban shots in some Longmont alleyways.

I know you have probably had enough of my rambling, but I wanted to share a funny thing that happened during this session. The building where we ended our session, is the location that once housed “Morris Photography”. Morris is where I got my senior photos taken in 1999. That was pretty nostalgic for me…but definitely made me feel old at the same time lol! Senior photos sure have changed a lot since then. I wonder what they will be like (or if they will still exist) in 19 more years?!

I loved how this rose bush made sort of an arch, I just had to get Brianna in there! Very carefully, so no thorns poked her though 😉

While I don’t despise winter like some people do (I even kind of like it!), seeing all of these stunning flowers again does make me miss summer a bit! I am sure it will be back before we know it though 🙂 Enjoy your weekend! So much to do before Christmas is here, but I still hope to share several new blog posts with you before then. Hopefully I can kick this cold, we are all fighting around here, so I will be motivated/energized enough to get it all done.
