So crazy how fast time flies! Years ago I did a photoshoot with Calli and one of her horses Cappy at Bobcat Ridge. I cannot believe how much she has grown up since then…and added another horse for her Colorado horse senior pictures. She is such a sweet and gracious young lady, just like her mom Melissa (my former co-worker at Mile High Banks). For this session, we stuck to northern Colorado. This time, however, we went to the the place where she boards her horses and had permission to do the shoot on their property. It worked out very well!
We took advantage of all the farm had to offer. We captured photos with the rustic wooden fences, the old farm mill (I think that’s the right term), the evergreen trees, and of course plenty of photos with her horses. Calli had 3 outfits for her senior session. She started out with a long sleeve, black lace top and jeans and completed that look with her large, ornate belt buckle. Next, she put on a colorful, patterned dress. It was a unique piece…she looked really cute! She had some great, fun accessories with the dress including the belt buckle again, beaded jewelry, and sassy cowgirl boots. Her final outfit, we admittedly did not get a lot of photos in, as we were losing light. Calli got back into her jeans and a long sleeve star patterned top for a handful of shots. Including a few with her truck, and just like that nighttime was upon us 🙂
This is definitely on of my favorites from Calli’s Colorado horse senior pictures. Aww…look at those sweet faces!
Thank you Calli…it’s always great to have you in front of my camera! I hope you had the best senior year and are enjoying your post high school journey.
