You may remember Caroline and Caleb from their amazing, super unique Denver wedding at the museum of nature and science. Their selected wedding package had actually included an engagement session. In place of that I agreed to capture a post-wedding, newlywed session in the mountains. This gave them the best of both worlds! Tons of eclectic, museum and city wedding day pictures in Denver. As well as fall RMNP wedding photos in the gorgeous mountains of Estes Park, Colorado. We made stops at both Moraine Park and Sprague Lake. Those are definitely two of my favorite spots in the park! We lucked out with some awesome, colorful fall foliage as well, right across the road from Sprague Lake. This aspen grove was full of vibrant yellows and golds…so pretty!
Caroline and Caleb are such a fun and quirky couple! If you spend even a few minutes with them, you know you are going to have some laughs. This made for a really enjoyable photo shoot. They can sure be romantic and sweet together too. We started at Moraine Park and got photos by the river and in the fields of long grasses. Then we also stopped along the road to get some photos by the big boulders in the river. We made our way to Sprague Lake (funny because as I am writing this I actually had a shoot there earlier today!). We took photos at all of the popular spots…the dock, bridges, and benches. Soaking in those lake and mountain views. Adding in that colorful aspen grove previously mentioned made this session even more unique and memorable.
Like I said…they are a silly pair LOL!!
Too tough to pick just one, but this is a definite favorite from Caroline and Caleb’s RMNP wedding photos. Can’t get enough of those views! The lighting and couple are sure stunning too!!
They are big Harry Potter fans…so I had a little fun in photoshop for them LOL!
Caroline and Caleb, it was my true honor to capture both your wedding photos at the museum, as well as these post-wedding photos in Rocky Mountain National Park. I hope you will cherish both sets of images forever! You guys were such a blast to get to know and photograph multiple times last year. I would love to have an opportunity to photograph the other important milestones in your lives. Thanks again…you remind me why I love this job so very much!
