Meet the sweet Hackmann family! This bunch was so great to work with. They were having a snowy mountain vacation in Summit County. They decided they wanted to preserve the memories with these Breckenridge winter family pictures. As far as location…you probably guessed it! Sapphire Point Overlook followed by Windy Point Campground. No surprise there, almost everyone selects these neighboring locations. Can’t blame them though! Pretty mountain views year round, Lake Dillon in the background, and almost no hiking involved (which is helpful in the icy and snowy months). We got a little sun and a little snow during their session. It doesn’t get any better than that!
Mom Misti is definitely outnumbered with all these boys, but you can tell what a great boy mom she is. They clearly love their mama so much! And wow were these boys well-mannered and cooperative. Often it’s a huge struggle to photograph kids in this age range, especially boys. These kids went along with everything I asked of them, without complaint. We were sure to have some fun, candid moments too though…including snowball fights, including throwing snow towards me! As well as walking shots, and just goofing around as the loving, playful family they are.
