Happy Friday! The holiday season is just about upon us. Are you ready? Today on the blog we are returning to Rocky Mountain National Park. Sprague Lake and Moraine Park again for Kylie’s mountain senior pictures in Colorado. She was visiting from out-of-state with her family and thought a senior session in our amazing mountains would be beautiful and unique. She was definitely right!
We started Kylie’s class of 2023 senior session at Sprague Lake. What a sunny and perfect evening in Estes Park! I am so lucky to live in such a picturesque state. Kylie started out in bell bottom jeans and a long sleeve black top. Her other outfit at this first location was a sunny, yellow dress. That went great with the sunny weather! She looked adorable in every outfit she wore during her session. Kylie decided to brave the chilly water, and wade out a bit for some truly unique images.
Next we headed over to Moraine Park, just before sunset. Here Kylie wore white, bell bottom jeans, and a vibrant, orange top. This was my personal favorite of her outfits. The bright orange went so well with the golden grasses and the blue mountains. Kylie’s final outfit was a simple white dress. You may have heard of a LBD (little black dress), but what’s really popular for high school senior girls seems to be a LWD. There is no denying, many of the girls in this age group really love taking senior portraits in a white, summer dress. Kylie looked adorable in each of the four outfits. She was photogenic, and just as sweet as can be. What a fun, mountain session!
This is one of my favorites from Kylie’s mountain senior pictures in Colorado. What a great view…what a joyful smile!
Thanks again Kylie. I hope your senior year is going amazingly well, you are almost halfway through! Next on the blog, Katy and Trevor’s unique engagement session in Longmont. Super dramatic stormy skies, and fun-loving couple, and launching air rockets. Check back…it’s definitely a good one!
For another senior session in the mountains that I really loved, check out Madeline HERE! She was also an out-of-state visitor. I love to have so many opportunities to work with local tourists.
