Brooke + Tyler | Garden of the Gods Engagement Portraits | Colorado Wedding Photographer

I had such a fun time meeting and photographing Brooke and Tyler. We got so much variety for their Garden of the Gods engagement portraits. This couple is initially from Texas, and they are getting married in Texas in early 2023. But they decided they wanted some engagement photos in an epic Colorado location. Brooke’s mom was actually the one that found me, and sent my info to her daughter. I am so glad Brooke agreed and I was able to capture these for them!

Back in 2009 I had my own engagement photos at Garden of the Gods, since I had hired a Colorado Springs based photographer for my wedding. It is always fun and special to go back there…this time as the hired photographer! These two kept it simple with just one outfit. Brooke wore a spaghetti strap white dress, and cute strappy sandals. Tyler wore dark jeans and a bluish gray plaid blazer over a white tee. They looked great!

This is definitely one of my favorites from Brooke and Tyler’s Garden of the Gods engagement portraits. I really love this spot at High Point Overlook, as well as this pose and Brooke’s beautiful smile!

Brooke and Tyler, I had a great time working with you both. I hope your 2023 Texas wedding is everything you dreamed it would be. Thanks for allowing me to capture these for you. I hope you will treasure them for years to come!

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog…see you here next year LOL! Wishing you a safe and joyful New Year’s Eve! I cannot believe how quickly 2022 has flown by. I reached 2 major milestones in my business in 2022. 1) I photographed the 200th wedding of my career and 2) 10 years as an official business with the state of Colorado. On top of that I captured: 47 family sessions, 40 high school seniors, 19 weddings, 13 engagement/couples sessions, and 4 misc portrait sessions. As well as completing 27 photoshop jobs for other photographers. A super busy year indeed! Which would have been even busier if I hadn’t taken time off for being sick with covid, traveling to Greece, and recovering from back surgery. Thanks to everyone for the love and support in 2022! Looking forward to seeing what 2023 has in store.
