Meet Morgan! Today I am sharing her colorful Boulder Colorado fall senior photos. She selected the ever popular South Mesa Trail for session. The location looked and worked out beautifully! We got a ton of variety for Morgan’s session, and we kept things personalized by incorporating Morgan’s Irish step dance into the photo shoot. We took advantage of all the great hot spots at South Mesa, including the wooden bridge, the rustic stone and wood structure, and in the open fields with mountains in the background. Luckily we timed things right too to have some awesome fall foliage for her session as well. There were lots of trees with yellows, golds, and oranges. And even some gorgeous, vibrant red sumac ground cover that only sticks around for a short time each fall.
Morgan selected three different outfits for her senior portraits. She looked great in each of them! First, ripped jeans and a rich red, short sleeve top. This color really popped on camera…so pretty! Next, she changed into darker jeans, and a super fun, patterned top. Typically I don’t recommend busy patterns, but I would definitely make an exception with this top. It was adorable! Long sleeve, off the shoulder, mostly black and white, but with colorful red, purple and gold flowers in the middle. She wore her sparkly hard sole Irish dance shoes with this outfit, and held her soft ghillies shoes for a couple shots too. Finally, Morgan wore a flutter sleeve, red floral jumpsuit. This was trendy and super cute too. Beautiful choices Morgan!
This is definitely one of my favorites from Morgan’s Boulder Colorado fall senior photos. I love her vibrant jumpsuit, all the yellow and oranges of the foliage in the background, and of course those awesome flatirons!
Morgan, you are such a sweetheart! I know you are going places in your future. I am wishing you all the best in your endeavors. Thanks for allowing me to capture this important time in your young life. On the blog next, Marina and Alex’s fall maternity session in Centennial, Colorado. It was my first time photographing around the 17 Mile House Farm Park. It was chilly, but we got some gorgeous, golden sunlight! I hope you will check back 🙂
