Natalie had reached out to several photographers last minute for a photo session while she and her sister were visiting their parents. She selected me, and gifted the session to her mom for Christmas. Such a great gift idea! They were so awesome to work with. I absolutely loved how these Boulder winter family photos turned out. Although there was only a light dusting of snow on the ground, we still got some cozy winter vibes. This family of four wore jeans, and different colored sweaters. They looked very nice, and are all so photogenic. There is clearly so much love and joy in this family of four! They have a lot of fun and laughs together.
We met at the ranger cottage at Chautauqua Park to start our session. The weather was mild. This is always nice, because you never know what you are going to get at the end of December. We got so much great variety during the Moore family’s session. Of course a ton of snowy, flatirons images. We also did photos with the wood fences, in open fields, and candid images of them walking down the trail. We got every grouping possible with this family of four. And even ended with some couple’s photos for Natalie and her boyfriend. I adored meeting and photographing this family! It was such a fun-loving shoot, I am so glad they chose me to preserve this moment in time. A family session with your loved ones is always a good idea. Even when you are all adults!
I liked so many images from these Boulder winter family photos, but this is a definite favorite. I love this cuddly pose, and those radiating smiles! Never will get enough of these flatirons views either.
Thanks so much Moore family. You guys were so amazing to work with…if only every session could go this smoothly! I hope you love the photos, and will treasure these memories for years to come.
