A couple weeks ago I met up with Michelle for these CU Boulder college senior photos. We met up at Chautauqua Park to capture some images of the gorgeous flatirons. It was a bit windy, but otherwise we lucked out with a beautiful spring evening. You never know what you will get with the weather this time of year. So I feel like we couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Michelle is actually still taking some classes during Maymester and the summer semester. She is walking during the May graduation though, and wanted these images prior to that. Michelle is such a sweet young lady, I really enjoyed our time together. She will head to the Peace Corps after the summer semester wraps up. Wishing her all the best!
Michelle decided on three outfits for her session, and incorporated her graduation regalia here and there. She started in ripped jeans, and a ivory, lace tank top. Next she changed into a short black dress and cowgirl boots. She completed this look with her college of arts and sciences stole. Michelle’s final outfit was a long white, eyelet dress. She wore her black cap and gown in all of the images in this outfit. Her stole and class of 2024 tassel completed the look. We definitely had some fun with these graduation props. Close-ups on the graduation year on the tassel, and joyfully throwing her graduation cap into the air to end the session!

Michelle, thank you for allowing me to capture these images for you in celebration of your upcoming graduation. I hope you have enjoyed your time in Colorado, and these images will bring back many fond memories! Next week on the blog, the Mross family’s snowy Winter Park photos from the Devil’s Thumb Ranch. We had an insane snowstorm the day before, and I was worried I wouldn’t make it. Thankfully it all worked out in the end.
