Chelsea + Kris | Willow Ridge Manor Wedding Pictures | CO Wedding Photographer

Today I am sharing Chelsea and Kris’ rainy, fall wedding day. It had been many years since I had captured Willow Ridge Manor wedding pictures. Last time I did it was for Lydia and Brent, check those out HERE! Chelsea and Kris had an equally beautiful and joyful day. But unlike Lydia and Brent’s day, these two had to deal with a rainy wedding ceremony with everyone hovered under umbrellas. Chelsea and Kris also wanted a large portion of their wedding photos over at Red Rocks. Thankfully the weather cooperated during that portion of the day, and those turned out really beautifully!

There was so much to love about Chelsea and Kris’ wedding day. Chelsea’s dress was so stunning. Especially the sheer straps and back. The long, dangly earrings completed the bridal outfit perfectly. Kris and his grandpa built the donut wall and that made it so special. That turned out so amazing! I personally love donuts, and so I always partake when they are offered at weddings. Another great moment at Chelsea and Kris’ wedding was that they shared private vows at Red Rocks, apart from any guests. The glow baton exit was chilly and was a little small that late into the night. But those photos turned out so colorful and fun!

Chelsea and Kris have a love for the mountains, and skiing/snowboarding. I love that they incorporated that into their reception decor. Their guestbook was a wooden “shot ski” that guests signed with their names and well wishes. Their escort cards with each guests’ name was a silhouette chairlift photo. Table names were various ski resort flags. Their wedding cake topper was also a silhouette chairlift picture that said “Mr. & Mrs.” Such great, perfectly Colorado touches!

This is definitely one of my favorites from their Red Rocks and Willow Ridge Manor wedding pictures. You know I love a dramatic veil photo!
