Isabella – Class of 2025 | Longmont High Senior Photography | South St. Vrain Park

Here it is, the 800th post on my blog! I honestly cannot believe I have done so many!! And what a great session to share for this milestone post, Isabella’s Longmont High senior photography session at the South St. Vrain Park and the Lavern M. Johnson Park. She and her mom actually had picked out this first location, just outside of Lyons. They have spent time in the river there, and really wanted to do the same during her senior session. Isabella was up for anything! But it was absolutely essential that she got into the river. Total mermaid vibes! Considering this was October, we lucked out with a nice, warm day. Fall in Colorado can bring just about anything, so good thing the weather allowed her dream of river senior photos to come true.

Isabella wore three outfits for her Lyons senior session. She started out in a halter top, aqua blue and floral print dress. It was very pretty, and the dressiest of her outfits. The second outfit was my personal favorite. A layered dress in mustard yellow. This is not a color I can personally wear, so I do appreciate this great color with the right skin tone and hair color. Isabella looked great in this color, it complimented her brunette curls beautifully. In this outfit she did not get in the river, but we photographed the other photo spots around this South St. Vrain Park. We did photos on big rocks around the river’s edge, leaning against a big tree, and in the large open field.

We felt like we had exhausted the photo spots at this location, so I suggested the nearby Lavern Johnson Park for Isabella’s final outfit. Not everyone could pull off this outfit! Isabella looked great in the taupe colored wide leg gaucho pants and matching bra top with long tie detail. This was a very neutral colored outfit, so it went really well with the colorful foliage at our second stop.

This is one of my favorites from Isabella’s Longmont High senior photography session. Lovely young lady in a fancy dress, sitting in a clear mountain river….love it!
