Kyra + Jeremiah | Golden Engagement Pictures | Lookout Mountain

Today I am sharing Kyra and Jeremiah’s Golden engagement pictures. Their session was unique because they actually got engaged just one day before! Kyra knew nothing about this session until 24 hours prior. Jeremiah did a great job planning and the session came together beautifully. It had been years since I had shot on Lookout Mountain. We started at the popular rock formations across from the nature center. Although it was quite windy down there, we still got some great shots with the epic scenery. Next, we went to the trails behind the nature center. This section of photos was much more focused on the trees and open fields. Since it doesn’t have any mountain views. Our final stop was at the Lookout Mountain Park. Lookout Mountain is a special spot for these two. Surprisingly they were in this area two days in a row, since Jeremiah also proposed there.

Jeremiah kept it pretty easy with two outfits. He started in black jeans, a white t-shirt, with a denim shirt over top. For the majority of the session he wore blue jeans and a gray button down shirt (which actually photographed a little bit purple/lilac). Us ladies are never quite as easy 😉 Kyra decided on four outfits for their engagement session. She had a really great mix of comfy, casual outfits, and some slightly dressier spring dresses. Kyra started in some olive green overalls and a white short sleeve top. These overalls are really cute, and look so darn comfortable! Kyra’s second outfit was my personal favorite. It was a dark teal dress with white flowers. She paired it with some raffia wedges, which looked really cute.

Kyra’s third outfit was also great, but she didn’t end up spending a lot of time in it before we changed locations. The third outfit was a golden yellow dress, a dark gray denim jacket over top, and white sneakers to keep it comfy and trendy. The final outfit for the time at Lookout Mountain Park was a cute, tie-back dress in a color that I would call “beige green”. It was a mix between a beige color and a very light olive green. She kept her white sneakers on with this dress as well. Some cute outfit choices for sure! All pretty neutral colors, that complimented the colorful spring mountain scenery well. Speaking of cute, these two have such a great chemistry together. They can be sweet and silly, serious and smiley. We got a little bit of everything during this incredible session!
