Meet Pryce! He is my first senior guy of the class of 2026, and he was really great to work with. Not all guys enjoy getting their photos taken and show it. But as a high school senior photographer for over a decade, I’m prepared for it all. Pryce was very cooperative and I think he actually enjoyed it. Pryce and his mom were visiting from South Dakota. There are certainly some gorgeous spots in South Dakota too. But the mountain views in Rocky Mountain National Park are truly unmatched. We started Pryce’s session at Sprague Lake. Just about a week prior I was there with Rose. You can check out that awesome session HERE.
Pryce wore four outfits during his mountain senior session. His favorites he stayed in for a lot more photos, and some for a much shorter time. He started at Sprague Lake in tan pants and a nice three-tone sweater. This was my personal favorite. It was neutral, without being boring! The next outfit we only did a quick few shots in. That was the same tan pants, and a simple black t-shirt. He wore these in the forest area right next to Sprague Lake.
Next we headed out to the river area and open fields at Moraine Park. Pryce’s third outfit was jeans and a collared shirt in a camel color with maroon and navy blue accents. The final outfit was khaki pants and an ivory button down shirt. Not sure if you’d consider it eyelet or crochet, or something else? But it was a fairly unique choice. It looked great! Total summer resort vacation vibes.

This is one of my favorites from my evening as Pryce’s high school senior photographer. Not everyone can pull off that serious look this well!

Thanks so much Pryce. I hope you enjoyed your session and your time in Colorado. Have the best senior year! I am sure it will fly right by. Next up on the blog, Shannon’s Broomfield session near the Buffalo Ridge Medical Center. That included a bunch of photos in a flower field, I hope you will check back soon!
