Anna + Stefan | Skyview at Fall River Wedding | Estes Park Colorado Photographer

Hi friends, I hope you had a very merry Christmas! We enjoyed a relaxing weekend in Winter Park, and I shot my last session of 2020 on Saturday. Trying to sneak a few more 2019 blog posts in before this year is up…and I feel EVEN more behind! Today’s post is the lovely Anna and Stefan. Anna and Stefan learned about my business through Anna’s dad. Our dads have mutual friends, and have been camping together on more than one occasion. I was very grateful to earn their business, and have my first opportunity to capture a Skyview at Fall River wedding.

Skyview at Fall River is a newer venue in Estes Park, and it’s definitely a unique one. Since I hadn’t shot at the venue before, I arranged to view the space beforehand. Although, I feel completely comfortable shooting in new spaces, that I haven’t seen before. I was happy to check it out, and give Anna and Stefan some piece of mind 🙂 I love how contemporary everything feels in the venue. From the cool, rust colored exterior of the building, to the modern light fixtures, the wall of windows, and the metal deck overlooking the town and mountains…a great space indeed! Down the hill from the venue there is river access, and we lucked out with basically peak fall foliage colors too 🙂 The couple opted to do a first look and we were able to get so much variety in their photos, as a result!

Some of my favorite parts of Anna and Stefan’s big day were Anna’s gorgeous lace overlay dress, the amazing florals, and the colorful fall foliage backdrop. Also, Anna and Stefan’s table names were names of the bands they have seen perform during their relationship. How cute is that?! Anna’s family’s company also did the cake and dessert table, and that was very personal (and delicious) too! Lastly, there were some very emotional toasts during the reception. Some hysterical, some heartfelt…the room was full of laughter and tears alike!

Love this sweet, quite moment! Definitely a favorite from their Skyview at Fall River wedding.

Thanks again Anna and Stefan! It was such an amazing day in the Colorado mountains 🙂 I am 99% sure my parents told me you have had a baby since your wedding last fall. So, another huge congratulation is in order! Wishing you a lifetime of happiness together in your marriage, and as parents.
