Happy New Year! I know we are all hoping 2021 is a much better year for everyone. Wishing you all wonderful things…health, happiness, peace, and prosperity! Eeek…I have been waiting to share this awesome session with you!! What a good way to start the new year here on the blog. I had an absolute blast with Sierra for her downtown Denver senior portraits last summer. Sierra kept things simple with just a single outfit choice. This was nice that we didn’t have to have multiple outfit changes! Her outfit was very neutral, but oh so stylish! The black and white went well with any color backdrop we came upon…and there were MANY backdrops! We met up near Commons Park and the Millennium Bridge area. I really like shooting in this area, as there is so much variety. You walk a mile or two, and have endless amounts of photo opps 🙂
My heart goes out to all of these class of 2020 seniors. Although, Sierra was already doing an online high school program when we went into our statewide quarantine. So at least she didn’t have a major adjustment period like so many other students did, when switching to online learning. But still, it had to be so tough not being able to celebrate graduation with all your friends. Without further ado…beautiful Miss Sierra!
Accessories are always a good idea for your senior session. Jewelry, scarves, cute shoes, and hats can make or break an outfit. This hat really complimented Sierra’s outfit…and we even had some fun using it as a photo prop!
This one made me do a double take 😉 Just kidding…that was super cheesy!!
This is hands down one of my favorite’s from Sierra’s downtown Denver senior portraits! Maybe even one of my favorites ever 🙂
This one if a very close second for my favorite photo from this session! I love how Sierra is soaking in the sun and rocking that fierce pose!
Thanks again Sierra…I TRULY had an incredible time working with you! I hope you love and cherish these photos always. This was definitely one of my favorite senior sessions in awhile. You are a natural in front of the camera, and it made my job that much more enjoyable 🙂 Coming to the blog next, another super fun session…Lucas and Jessica’s engagement photos at the fair! I promise, you don’t want to miss it.
