I have had the pleasure of photographing Audri multiple times over the years. First at the very beginning of my career, she was probably only 5 years old. We did some sweet images of her wearing her mom’s wedding dress during this at-home session. Since then I have done a handful of family sessions with her extended family. Audri’s mom has been a friend of mine since high school. I so appreciate her continued support over the years! Audri had moved with her dad to Florida a couple years go, but still wanted some Colorado high school senior pictures here as well. We met up at the always popular South Mesa Trail for the session.
Audri wore two different dresses during her senior session. She looked beautiful in both of them! First a short denim dress. Secondly, a simple, long white dress, with plunging neckline. At various times throughout the session, Audri added a white and burgundy bouquet into the photos. This has become a very popular trend for high school seniors in the class of 2026. It’s cute, I’m not mad at it! Sometimes with a long white dress it can kind of give up bridal vibes. Maybe that’s just me! Audri was a natural in front of the camera. She has that serious, sassy facial expression down pat. We captured photos in the open fields, with the flatirons in the background, photos on the bridge, and next to the river. We even found a small patch of fuchsia wildflowers to pose with.
This is definitely one of my favorites from Audri’s Colorado high school senior pictures. Such pretty lighting, and I love Audri’s gorgeous long locks!
